I am an educationist for more than seven years. Besides teaching I had been working as a counselor, Motivational speaker and life coach in India. I believe that the learning of students, teachers & Principal is intimately interrelated. My motive is to run a smooth school, managing health and safety and being innovative in connection with students and teachers, being responsive to parents and above all deliver result. I work as an overall instructional leader so that it maximizes the learning of all the teachers which ultimately leads to overall learning of the students.
My first priority is to develop the character of the students. My aim is to develop physical and mental strength of the students enabling them to face challenges and to get a good and strong stand in the competitive world. My mission is to successfully develop an able and energetic generation which can protect our cultural heritage and values and at the same time become an inspiration and example for the people around the globe
